$tr8 ''Outta Control'' started in the hip-hop game as a member of the trio, Genuine Emcees. Shortly thereafter, at a concert, they decided to join forces with the duo Arlo, and became The 5 Flawless. They recorded a demo entitled ''Rough Draft EP'', which featured ''Straight Up'', $tr8 ''Outta Control''s first solo track. Due to complications within the ensemble, they slowly went their separate ways, as $tr8 ''Outta Control'' and Mortal recruited Krohnik, a common friend, and established the foundation of MKS (Majestic Knights of the Streets). Majestic Knights of the Streets recorded a demo entitled ''Flawless EP'' in the early stages of their collaboration, and is currently putting together a mixtape to create a buzz around their upcoming album. The group consists of three MCs, respectively: $tr8 ''Outta Control'', Mortal and Krohnik. As a solo performer, $tr8 ''Outta Control'' is continually evolving, and strives to reach out to as many people as possible with his solid delivery. But until just recently, when he was discovered by ''Mr. King Ov Kingz''. Psycomatic, there was little interest in his music... The first four albums he recorded hardly got any attention, but the experience he gained during this period strengthened his skills as he slowly developed his own style, it also helped him lay the groundwork for his future releases. With few shows and less featurings under his belt, this rapper is easily overlooked and underrated, but with his first official release, properly named: "Unleash The Beast", and his next solo effort "Individual Instrumentation", he is sure to leave his mark. Expect more than what meets the eye from this dedicated MC in the future and beyond...

Have you performed in front of an audience?
I think I speak for most entertainers when I say: I live to play live! You get to connect with the audience in a more special way than on a record. There's nothing quite like it. The feeling you get by performing what you've been working on to so many people is just amazing. All of my appearances has been special in my point of view, but of course, there are some of them that are more special than others.
Your musical influences
Life itself is one of my main influences. There's no restrictions to what you can write about, so I'm always trying to come up with new twists, turns and variations of what's already here for me to view. Musical talents that influenced me to start rapping, and is inspiring me to this day is as follows: Aesop Rock, Atmosphere, Blackalicious, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Brother Ali, Buck 65, CunninLynguists, DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, Eligh, Glue, Graveyard Shift, Illogic, Lupe Fiasco, Poetic Hustla’z, Tech N9ne, Tonedeff, etc.
What equipment do you use?
All I need is one mic, a computer, and myself.
Anything else?
