, Outsource have gone from strength to strength with each consectutive release - reaching new heights of trance/breakbeat fusion with , showing how trance artists can create a totally unique style with , and giving ambient music a massive twist with .
With a string of remixes, new tracks, and a debut album all on the horizon - 2002 is fast becoming the year of Outsource!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Formed in May 2002, Outsource was originally a one-off collaboration between two fairly experienced music producers - Kier Bates and Mr. Mystery.
Following the success of on the Soundclick electronic charts, it was decided by both that to quit now after this would be foolish. Outsource was born.
The follow up tracks all had large success, and were highly acclaimed, and so it was decided to continue with this and start work on a debut album (titled on this very band page), and more in production.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Not yet. We live in two different countries, so it's quite difficult.
Your musical influences
Our influences are quite wide in range.
As a listener, expect many styles fused into a totally unique experience. With tracks ranging from trance to ambient, we like to be different each time.
