OutShine
"OutShine" is a collective of musicians from all walks of musical life. Started out as a side project and has ended up as a musical community. Alot of guest vocalists will be on the project while the core musicians remain the same. "We Do What We Do Because We Are What We Are " - OutShine

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
OutShine's history is a peculiar one. After being enamored from the fluff pop Major Labels were churning out. OutShine founder (Dan Neil) came up with an idea of having a core group of musicians and bringing in singers that brought something different and unique to the table. He recruited J-MC(Drums) and RJ(Guitar) to fill out the core group. Once some music was being composed , singers from all walks of musical genres starting coming by. Each is unique and brings a texture all their own. OutShine does display a heavier image and sound but the focus has always remained on melody.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We thrive on playing in front of people. We have a dark show. Moody and solemn while not deviating from melody. We use alot of special guests so it keeps our performances interesting both "Live" and in the studio.

Our influences cover alot. A.I.C,Tool,Shadows Fall, Our brothers in BLS,Ozzy.
What equipment do you use?
We use a variety of Guitars,Basses,Drums. Most notably Jackson guitars
Anything else?
We would love to hear from anyone on the topic of music. We our pretty knowledgable of music as a whole. We may play a heavy style but we listen to anything original.
