Outlaw Sally
Outlaw Sally is a mixture of Southern Fried Rock, with a Heavy Metal twist.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Outlaw Sally formed Christmas time 2003 when long time friends Kenny Knight & Monte Mullican re-united and began what was first orginally going to be a fun project; write a few originals, record them and call it a day. But as the project grew and grew, it was obvious that this could be something a little bit better. So Kenny called up the legenday Larry Hunter, who has been deemed the most sought out vocalist to ever live in McMinnville, TN to come in and fill the vocal slot. So Kenny and Monte wrote and recorded the tracks in Kenny's home studio, and sent the music and lyrics to Larry near Atlanta to listen too. Larry accepted the project, drove up to Knight Studios and layed down some of his best vocal work. Outlaw Sally was born, and they were ready to take it to the people. With the help of Don Curtis on bass, Outlaw Sally perofrmed their first show together at WT's and it was a huge success. More shows will follow, and the music will stand on it's own.
