Outlaw (CENCAL)
OUTLAW
It was in the Central Valley of California in a town named Chowchilla just 45 minutes north of Fresno, where Outlaw first started writing songs and poems in the early 1990s. Outlaws first and foremost influences were in the rap/hip-hop genre, artists such as: Brotha Lynch Hung, Doja Click, and X-Raided were among the biggest influences. As a talented musician, Outlaw performed in many different Punk Rock, Heavy Metal, Alternative, and Rockabilly bands but felt like something was missing and didnt feel the passion for those genres anymore.
The missing link in the chain was Outlaws forgotten first musical passion, RAP plain and simple. In the Winter of 2005, Outlaw began his quest of learning how to write, produce, and perform Rap and Hip-Hop building his own home studio and started making dope beats for other artists. But soon Outlaw caught the bug of writing rhymes and founded the group Blunt Intentions with Mac Sal and Slick Dave. Soon after their first release, Slick Dave left the group and Mac Sal and Outlaw both went solo.
Now in 2007 with a debut solo record on the way, Outlaw is looking to make a difference in the Rap/Hip-Hop game with a different approach and style. In addition, listen for the new Single Krazy on indie radio all over the West Coast! The New Album will be named Dubbzity and will feature such artists as: MYTH, Mac Sal, Psykotik, Jiggz, Triple Visions Click, more TBA and should be out by early 2008.
