options R formed out of the ashes of two failed electronic acts, 1 - Atrocity Syndicate, a miminimal trio with effects tuned on minimal organ lines, and 2 - The Normal Boys, blumbering noise rock. options R recycles the ethnics of the failed circutboards and outputs and revives failure into a frankenstein of hope.
