OLIVIA LO-FI
Singer songwriter. Trying to be like other singer songwriters, but caught in the middle of cliche lyrics and repetitive melodies. So instead of being original, I do covers. For the time being.
Band/artist history
March 1995 - I learned my first song "Blowin in the Wind" (Bob Dylan)
March 2004 - I lost all innate tuning capabilities and now my guitar sounds like a dying cat. Or a mistuned instrument.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I only played live once, on the sidewalk beside the walkway to the Bacchus lounge on Richmond St. I made something like 1.34 and some used lipgloss. It was fun. But part of the fun was that I was playing "Hit Me Baby" by Britney Spears over and over, while my friend played the slide whistle. It was more of a drunken ruse than anything. Although, I don't think we were drunk.
Your musical influences
