Old Man Wizard
Hello people! Or rabbits...if you can read....
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Uhh...It's just me right now, but lately I've met a few people with whom an actual "band" may be possible.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
If I could find somewhere to play live, yes, I definitely would.
Your musical influences
Wow. Ok, this is gonna be a long ass list...
Well, here goes...
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Matchbox Twenty are the three biggest ones that I try to sound like, most of the time sounding more like a Skynyrd-ish bluesy sound. Other big ones are Blues Traveler, Oasis, The Allman Brothers, The Beatles, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, The Black Crowes, Black Sabbath, Blind Melon, Blue Oyster Cult, Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band, Boston, Bruce Springsteen, Bachman Turner Overdrive, The Buffalo Springfield, The Calling, Carbon Leaf, Collective Soul, Counting Crows, Cream, Creed, Creedence Clearwater Revival, David Bowie, Del Amitri, The Doors, Drive By Truckers, Eagles, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Everclear, Foo Fighters, Free, George Thorogood, Godsmack, Guns n' Roses. Grand Funk Railroad, Hoobastank, Incubus, J Geils Band, Jackson Browne, James Taylor, Jason Mraz, Jethro Tull, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Buffett, John Lennon, John Mayer, John Mayer Trio, Led Zeppelin, Lenny Kravitz, Lifehouse, Maroon 5, The Marshall Tucker Band, Montgomery Gentry, Neil Young, The New Left, Paul Mccartney, Pink Floyd, Queen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Robert Johnson, Rolling Stones, Rosavelt, Rush, Sister Hazel, Spin Doctors, Steve Miller Band, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tabitha's Secret, Thin Lizzy, Train, Van Halen, Van Zant, Velvet Revolver, Vertical Horizon, The Wallflowers, Weird Al Yankovic, The White Stripes, The Who, ZZ Top, and anything else that I hear or see or experience in any other way that may please me or make for good music.
What equipment do you use?
Fender Standard Telecaster, Fender Squier P-Bass, Yamaha Acoustic guitar and a Zoom PS-04 recorder, and that's about it.
Anything else?
If the water were to sway yes the water then not the ways of the fuitful gerbils? YES! Indeed that would be the certain way to go in the case of Robert Hooverschmingel I do believe. One time I sat on a brown desk and drank the tea! But no, unfortunately I did not obey the directions of my dog Rupert so it didn't work when I turned it on by the little blue jelly bean man! And if that wasn't all of it there was still a littly bit of peanut butter left when Jorge reached it but the massive gnome man snowed out the igloo of the west. I choose the direction said the man in the orange trousers but the towel did not agree and so he shot him in the face with a weasel handle. Beat that man to death with that fan, but sir it does not move if the Queen of
York does not allow the giant to see the way? Can he not?! No! It will not be so declared the paper man! Outside of the fridge however, the penny factory didn't see it all coming and so it went BE-DE-DOOP! The bourgeoisie were very angered by this and sent the barbarians to go and construct seven flying buttresses on top of the young girl's sand castle! How unkind did the carrot say! How unkind in deed of them.
