Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Oh, Ranger! was formed in june of '98 in Albq, NM. Boyd Reno (Guitar, Vocals) and Noelan Ramirez (Drums) had been playing and writing songs for three years when they asked long-time friend Lucas Spider (Keyboard, Moog) to join up. A month later ex-Affections member Gil Sanchez (Bass) brought his experience and mature talent to the band. After playing shows in Albq and finding what seems to be the perfect chemistry Oh, Ranger! released their highly anticipated full-length album "Bitter yearnings on a lonely farm..." on Socyermom Records.
Now with everything under wraps Oh, Ranger! sets out to complete their vision of world domination...on the road.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play extensively in the west and southwest. We hail from Albuquerque so we play here often as well as all over Texas, Arizona, California and Colorado. We plan and slowly moving out more and more.
