A conversation between amir (one of the vocalists)and I about some ideas sparked this band. Thereafter, the roster came to include Maynard as vocalist/bassist, who was a former bandmate from some other acoustic oriental band.Your musical influences

As of now we are what we call under construction. We are assuming a new name soon due to the fact that Octavian is a band way back maybe like the 70's. Now as for the band line-up, current members are Maynard and Sparky, and soon to be added bassist and drummer are in progress. For those who have been frequently been checking this, maybe towards the next 2 or 3 months new material will be up. Thanks still for keeping the songs up and sorry if no new material is out yet.love the way the lead guitar kicks in with the feedback in the intro... still think tht harmonic lead is fresh to me... i miss amir's throats in the chorus part of the song like in the first recording you guys had months ago!
definately a notch up from ure last recording of this song..... like in the way you guys bettered the ideas you have in the different song parts to convey your feels and emotions; all the instument tracks sound clearer too :D!! the new lead guit. part also rules tht comes in once in the middle of the song.... i think the bass should be turned up in the recording with more lows put in there especially for the verse to emphasize the drum beat...(but maybe tht would muddy up the song.., depending on wht type a' equipment you guys have!!! the prechorus part tht has the spoken whispered verses reminds of AIC - a little bitter(where layne says stuff b4 the solo).. the song is dark, moody, eastern, passionate, raw (in some places)... and creative!!!! we shld tour togetaloha ya aiurah,see i checked the site,happy now sparky??
