Ok, I'll answer the standard questions. We are Nurple Noodle, a punk band from the "grea" twin cities of Mineapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Yes, it's cold there. We are good. Very Good. In fact, we are the best band that has ever existed in the world.
Band/artist history
We are just a punk band that emerged as a result of an earlier punk band: Spike the Pike. We are 3 dudes (Lil' K, Ninja, and the Otherguy) who have fun playing.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We play live. We rock.
Your musical influences
We like punk. I'd say that our influences are pretty obvious, such as NOFX, the Clash, Ramones, Sublime, Green Day, Less than Jake, and I suppose the Living End for our newer stuff. Everyone should listen to the Living End as much as physically possible. (buy "Roll On")
What equipment do you use?
The Otherguy and Ninja (we switch off on guitar and bass)- boss mega distortion pedal, with a Crate amp and a Marshall cab. For guitars, we got two pretty crappy Ibanez's, which are ok in our eyes, and a Les Paul knockoff. For bass, fender bassman amp with a fender p-bass and a bass so covered with stickers I don't remember what it used to be. As for Lil' k: He plays anything, including a lunchbox.

Yeah, I can see were the confusion sets in. I, the Otherguy, am going to school in Duluth [UMD]. The other guys are in other schools (Lil' K in Moorhead State, and Ninja in Eau Claire). We are, however, originally from Stillwater, a little bit east of the Cities, if you've never heard of it.As for the second part of your message, check out our song site at http://www.angelfire.com/mn3/survivor0/index.html I must remind you that all of these are pre-demo demos, recorded just by me on a 64 track recorder. Hey, you guys sound pretty good. I'm kinda confused about where you're from though, cause you're listed as being from Duluth, but your page says the cities. But wherever you're at, Asian Buffet rocks. It's crappy and catchy, which I like. I hope you have more stuff like that. I'll check back some time. -Dan
