Null & Void started as the result of a conversation between Chris Nelson and Jason Peverett during an interview for the Peverett Philes blog. What started as one song became many and soon an album was born. As a result, the unpolished and slightly irreverent tone that flows through the music recalls some of the early days of punk rock while nodding to other styles as well.Band/artist history
Chris Nelson has been a musician for a really long time. He has recorded under the name Fishkill from 2001 to 2008 and also played in a band of the same name in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. He started recording under his own name in 2009. Jason Peverett has been playing the kazoo for many years and also is a writer and editor of the blog "The Peverett Philes" which features oddball bits of information, commentary, sports, and interviews with both professional and unsigned musicians and bands.Have you performed in front of an audience?Chris has, both in a band and as an acoustic performer. Null and Void has not performed live at this point.
