Welcome, welcome kiddies, disgruntled college students and of course, R Kelly.... Nothing Special is a punk rock band from southern California and are ready to rock your sox off at the drop of a chewwy chu, so saddle up and bring your girlfriend ... cuz if we dont blow ....someone will.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The Band Consists of Four members: Jesse(Guitar, Lead Vocals), Miles(Bass, Vocals), Ryan(Drums), and James (Lead Guitar, Vocals) With a new drummer who isn't addicted to crank, they have been gigging through out Los Angeles and California and have a West Coast tour coming up this Summer. Putting actual talent before friendship the band has thankfully gotten rid of Pat and Wyatt who have a new band, "Alcoholics on GHB", and replaced them with the half down syndrome "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" rejects; Miles and James. We will play for free head (or at least cheap head) at your next party, hopefully you are in high school. Always remember: A 21 year old's best friend and worst enemy is a high school female.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We have rocked houses, beer pong tournements and some venues you may have heard of, such as: the Whisky A Go Go, The Cat Club, The Ceros Lounge, The Sunset Room, Club Lingerie, and 14below.
