Nosophoros

Finding one way to describe how we sound is hard. I suppose we sound like a mix between Kataklysm, Death, Carcass, Arch Enemy and Children Of Bodom. One song may sound like a gothenburg melodic death metal song, another may sound like Nile, we don't know until we've finished making it it
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Twas in a general store that lead vocalist Katie Edmonds and bass playing oaf Joseph Bartlett met upon a winter night. Both had ventured forth in search of employment many moons ago and had found it within the shop in question. A bond was forged between the two by a mutual love of horror movies, metal and the love of a german born Etheopian named Eyob (seriously). They decided to form a band, but they would need more.... Elsewhere unknown to them a man sat in front of a computer placing an advert on a metal website. He was in the midst of leaving his current place with a guitarist who wanted to play metal of nu. The man did not abide this, for he wanted to play death metal and many solos. The advert was placed... Many moons passed before the man had a response to his advert, but come a reply did, and it was from Katie. "Hark!" quoth she "I am a vocalist of the death metal persuasion, come join me and my friend the bassist in making music." "Verily" was what I replied with, for I was that man "We shall meet on the morrow. And it was so... The three met in a tavern in a neutral place to them all. They spoke of Monty the Python and Horror the Movies. It was as if the stars had aligned to bring these three together, for they were perfect for eachother. They decided that they should join forces to make a most unstoppable force of At The Gates style riff based metal. The rest has yet to be written, but rest assured.....it shall be.... Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
No gigs yet, but in the next couple of months we'll be starting
Anything else?
The songs on here are from a self produced demo, hence the slightly gay sound quality
