Multi-genre artist, singer/songwriter, poet, lyricist. No longer able to perform due to disability, uses synthetic vocals or instruments for some of my songs.

I've removed most of my older music over the years, but I kept Queen of Vampires because it's iconic and will always remain forever in my heart.

For 20 years, everyone knew me as Vryl. I am still and always be Vryl. Vryl was born from Vryl Valkyrie, a virtual woman in Second Life, my alter ego, a place of refuge and artistic expression and from that place I wrote poetry and composed music. Yes, I will always be Vryl.  But after Paul died, I needed a rebirth. That's why I changed to Norwrei. 

Writing and music have always been my sanctuary, my healing stone and my secret garden, but recently I've decided to start exploring what is possible with AI.

I love people and getting to know people. If you want to know me or if you want to collaborate, please feel free to contact me. I'm also open to writing lyrics for your instrumentals.

What equipment do you use?

All lyrics, melodies, arrangements, and production are written and executed by TimeSpoken.

For some tracks, synthetic or AI-assisted vocals are used as a performance medium. AI functions strictly as a creative tool within a fully human-directed process.

I personally write, compose, arrange, edit, and master my work using professional tools including Adobe software, a Dell production workstation, Tascam audio equipment, a Blue Yeti microphone, Canon camera systems, Yamaha keyboard instrumentation, and other digital and analog instruments.

As a disabled singer/songwriter who is no longer able to perform traditionally, digital technologies allow me to continue creating and sharing my music independently.

There is a growing cultural emphasis on visible performance as proof of artistic legitimacy. Writing, composing, and production are equally foundational creative disciplines. My work reflects authorship and craft, regardless of the performance medium used.

TimeSpoken is a real artist with a documented digital presence spanning over 20 years. This identity is not a fabricated persona, but the continuation of long-established creative work.
