Born and raised in brooklyn ny, the bulk of it on rockaway pkway, moved to n carolina to attend nccu, now living in s. carolina. I am a setup mechanic by trade, but music is my hobby and very first love I love to create new music. I dont sample, so all my music is just that- MY music. I have an extensive record collection. chances are, if I dont have it on wax, or tape, then I got it on cd. the very first break I've owned and cut was catch the beat. I love all of the uptowns- beats and breaks. I'm somewhat of an old head. my memories of radio go back to 92 ktu, and wxlo before it became kiss. takin it way back, africa islam, donald d, sexy p- the zulu beat, the supreme team, jerry bloodrock, the awesome two, were all favorites of mine. I wish I could get a hold of an old supreme team tape. I miss those broadcasts. red alert, future flavors, I wasnt into chuck chillout. loved funkmaster flex, and all of that stuff.i've been developing my ear for awhile. I love for people to enjoy my music. I've started uploading my own beats. I bought my first pair of turntables in '85, and have had dj juice in my veins ever since. I am a cool brother,easygoing, I live and love life, and love to laugh.

though I have many favorite producers, my sound is my sound. it is familiar music, but it doesnt sound like anything out here now. I just sit down, and try to capture what god lays in my spirit at the time.What equipment do you use?
my main keyboard is the casio wk3000, technics sl 1200, various processors, mpd-16, dr-3 drum machine, live drums, live guitars, various amps.Anything else?
