"Hard Rock is one of the most important things in my life!" says Mick Rowe (vocals/guitar). "I feel like all music can be passionate, but in my opinion, hard rock is the most passionate. I have seen so many people go crazy because the passion of hard music makes them want to rock" Chris Freeman (Lead Guitar) adds "Everybody likes this style of music and are looking for an opportunity to acknowledge it... Nineteen88 is their chance". Traveling all over the United States, NINETEEN88 will the way people come to know the power of hard rock, we know the importance of sharing good times with friends. "we provide the soundtrack to your crazy nights and long days, because we are entertaining and loud! It is time to bring hard rock back one person at a time. I am proud to say that is what we are going to do." NINETEEN88 debut cd is a collection of songs that deal with rockin, rollin, tattoos, hav'n a party, being the party and the celebration of good times. NINETEEN88's history in loud music dates back to 2001, when Mick was asked to record a metal project by the New York based label E-Magine Music(home to Danzig). During this time, Mick wrote and recorded the music at Soundlab Studios in South Carolina and upon completion, the company folded and Goliath was picked up by the Music Cartel/Caroline and released "The Gate" worldwide in 2001. After constant touring, and great reviews in Guitar World, Hit Parader and hundreds of fanzines, Mick decided to return to recording music that expressed himself and his true feelings. The result of his musical onslaught is NINETEEN88. Drawing comparisons to the music of AC/DC, Scorpions, Accept, and any form of music that rocks! NINETEEN88 will be back on the road this year in support of a debut CD. For more information, contact Nashville Publicity Group at (615) 417-8149
