Nightraverse
Based in the Central-West in Scotland, Nightraverse is a 18 year old producer who started making music in 2023. Influenced from many artists and many genres, Nightraverse has a unique and diverse sound. Hit me up on discord at nightraverse_official. You can use my beats however you like, but if you use them in your songs, then you need to add [PROD Nightraverse] at the end of the title, or credit me somehow.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I always thought about making music but never wanted to get into it because I thought it would be too hard, until a friend of mines introduced me to Bandlab, which is a free, browser DAW that I use to make my music. Its great for music making, but not so much for sharing, and a lot of platforms are either pay-to-upload or require a distributor, neither of which I have the funds for. Thanks to Soundclick, I can now share my music to a broad community, and I hope everyone who hears it enjoys!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Aside from showing my friends some of my beats, I haven't performed live. I've sang a few songs on discord voice chats, but I don't think that counts lol. I've always dreamed about performing music live, alongside those who inspire me.
Your musical influences
My favorite singer, Blacklite District, has been my biggest inspiration so far. His diverse sound with Rock and Rap elements have never ceased to impress me and I've loved every song he has ever made. For the more extreme side, I draw inspiration from Ghostemane and Scarlxrd, who make more heavier styles of rap and rock, with scream-type elements as well as rap, something I've aspired to be able to do. As well as them, I recently started listening to a rapper called Bones, who I enjoy and draw inspiration from too, as well as Corpse Husband's bass-y sound
What equipment do you use?
So far, none of the instruments in my songs are real, they are all digital. I only use my laptop to create my music, because with all the resources available online, it's all I really need
Anything else?
I don't charge for my beats (yet) so for the time being, if you wanna use a song that I've made, LET ME KNOW ON DISCORD. Legal reasons aside, I just wanna see what happens with my songs lmao. This is also so I don't arrange multiple people with the same beat.
