Nightmare Visions:Dark,Intense powerful proper metal listen and make up your own mind..
Band/artist history
With the current resurgence of popularity in all things metal ,many bands have arisen Phoenix like, from the ashes Nightmare Visons never went away, they never fell by the wayside, always lurking in the shadows, coming out every now and then to Slay audiences with 90 minute shows of power and controlled aggression, with a bloodline reaching back to the mid 90's and the early Blasphemy demo, Nightmare Visions have seen scenes and fads come and go, (Corpse paint, burnt out churches etc. but never followed any fad and have remained true to their metal roots and ideals, and be warned! this metal beast has been underground sharpening itsa claws and has strayed from the graveyard and into W. Yorkshire's academy studios to lay down their most slaying tracks to date,Many line up changes in the past but the three current members are the heart of nightmare visions so are relevant now, what has passed is history and does not concern us.
Two albums released already, neither got the promotion they deserved (record company)
we've played with Paradise Lost, Benediction, Saxon, Hecate enthroned.
Stripped down to a 3 piece the power and aggression has not been sacrificed in any department, in fact , much like a football team reduced to ten men, the remaining nucleus have bonded even closer and become a devastating and ravenous trio, out for blood, bodies and souls for their legions of the damned, Far from being a speed fest( in search of the end of the song by the quickest route) they are not afraid to venture into the almost prog-death of epic soundscapes favoured by Opeth and Amorphis, using subtle guitar leads and quieter passags combined with fearsome riffs and power chords, a relentless rhythm section and some of the sickest sounding vocals since John Tardy first drew breath. Come and see us and decide for yourself .

Hey Steve; it's James from ACM Queensbury, love the new material, still as brutal and expertly layered as ever! Still riding that monster of a V-Max?
