Sweet and smoky, soulful, poetic, lyrical heart-grabbing melodies, rhythms and rhymes.

Niceol Blue grew up in the Oregon countryside, USA, and now lives in the West of Ireland both environments shaping her unique style; a mix of lyric-driven melodic rock and folk. She has performed to audience acclaim at venues of all sizes across US and Europe, from Electric Picnic to the Crane to The Helix. Her work as a solo artist has been described as an exceptional singer-songwriter with powerful vocals (iamedia, and a Bright Talent (Galway Independent). Niceol has just released her debut album, entitled Rise, and is subsequently touring with her band The Copper Soul, as well as playing around Galway and beyond with the blues/rock band "Prodigal Blues" and the Bluegrass Americana band "Harper's Ferry".
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I play live anywhere and everywhere I can - from clubs to pubs to coffeehouses to curbside. I think my favorite moment of all time was this past year's Electric Picnic in Stradbally, Ireland. I played small stage to a brilliant listening audience, who at one point were all singing along. Lovely!
