Ok, here is the story.... this is just a little testing site for some of my musical ideas.  everything you hear here has been done by me unless I have noted otherwise.  All the guitars, electric, acoustic and bass were played by me.  I played/programmed the keyboards and I also programmed the drum machine (there are no "live" drum tracks).  For better or worse I also mixed all the tracks as well.  I have my own little home "recording studio" and everything was recorded pretty much at my desk, keeps me out of trouble and in debt...

Your musical influences

Influences....  I think the person I would most like to play guitar "like" would be Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits... he is just a very very good player.. he says sooo much with out being totally flashy... the day of the big burning guitar solo is long gone... been done so many times and it really isn't impressive anymore... holding someone's attention and getting them to hit "rewind" to hear it again is.  Other players that have had an impact...  Eddie Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Hendrix (where would it be without him?) Clapton... all the usual suspects.  right now in the 2000's the sound of the pounding punk power chord has my ear

What equipment do you use?

Right now an Ibanez 540S (its a magic tone stick with strings) and this little wonder box called a "tone port"...
