Nett is determined to get alot completed. This young Chicago native brings nice beats, a good flow format, and razor sharp lyrics to the table. Nett has the superstar and spontaneous attitude, so don't let the age and looks fool you. He could be sick to his stomach and wouldn't leave the studio until he has completed whatever it is he was working on. Nett (Barnett Powell) was born September 29, 1987 and raised in Chicago, Illinois by a single mother. Nett always had a fetish for hip-hop since an early age. At the age of 6, Nett got in his first talent show. Between the ages of 7 and 10 he started writing and would appear in talent shows across the city of Chicago. Nett would look in news papaers for battles, talent, shows and Star Search. Nett got a better feel for the studio atmosphere at the age of 11, when he decided to make an EP album. In his pre-teen years he would make tracks with friends and people hed meet in battles. Despite running the streets at an early age he always felt deep about music and knew what his calling was. This young emcee already kicked a dent in the wall at an early age. Nett said " The plan is to kick the wall down without a hole being in it, when I do you'll know. Just let the music speak for it's self".
