The beardyman and me made music together one sunny morning in 2005. it was a glorious day
the classic soundclick hit returned to its rightful home. bass, backing vocals and piano by the esteemed oliver woolf.
it was a song about moving to brighton and living in kimberley road (kimberley road). i guess that is still what it's about.
some people call this song 'dogs run free' but i don't. i call it safe at last. beardyman is playing drums and bass and helping me sing this one. he has helped me become who i am and i in turn have given him life
it was about 2am... i wrote this song and forced gary leonard to play the drums as i recorded this version. its skethcy and has mistakes in it, but the feeling is there and that is what counts eh?
it won't be long. just carry on.... have you ever lived for the future?
Another song from the Chinese radio session, this is an old song I wrote in Brighton.
a product of a legendary night. i wrote this together with joe g as we drank southern comfort and stayed up late making music in kimberley road... good times
a very old song from when i was unwise and out on a limb by the seaside. the sentiment of this song haunts me still
valentines day was ruined. i felt awful. so i wrote this song to make up for it. it kinda worked.
i wrote this for my girlfriend as she fell asleep watching blade runner... those science fiction pictures do strange things to your dreams
