MYSPACE FAMEUS
Ask Fameus what kind of music influenced this West Coast MC and made him decide to be a rapper, and he smiles. I love all music, I listen to oldies and goodies, I listen to old school hip hop and new school hip hop, people like Rakim, KRS One, Run DMC of course, Kool G Rap, N.W.A, E40, Snoop Dogg, Dr.Dre, Jay Z, Mobb Deep and many more.
Fameus is your new rap reality, working the radios around on the West Coast region, creating the buzz with Radio-one's own 100.3 The Beat, Power 106 Fm, Clear channel 99.1 kggi, Wild 96, Sacramento's 103.5 The Boom among others. This Los Angeles based rapper with a razor sharp delivery whose flow is being compared to Jay Z and Twista but on that West Coast tip by most record executives, is guaranteed to deliver the heat. Many of his songs relate to everyday hustle and bustle trying to make something out of nothing, but on tracks such as, Ride with me and Mr. Fameus, he gives people the glimpse of the future of West Coast hip hop.
Fameus is a creative and skillful MC, with the voice that will keep you wanting more. He plays off his street persona, which has many people saying, Fameus is a thug in a business suit. With his love for the night life and club scenes, he displays a witty beat driven delivery on a couple hot tracks entitled, So Gangsta and Hands Up, displaying his ability to change styles on demand.
While most artists keep their personal lives and their art separate, Fameus says he can not do that. Rap is my life and whatever I m going through in that particular moment, I put it in my music. Such is the case in cuts like, Life's a bitch, which documents life as it is, or in a song like, We can make it, which documents love as it gets sometimes.
The popular question is, why the name Fameus. He explains how once in an MC battle, a spectator watching could not help but show respect for the flow by yelling, Man dude is gonna be famous one day!! With Fameus representing Golden Scriptz Entertainment as part of his family, and with that popular quote from that fan, it was the beginning of a new Fame within a family hence the name FAMEUS.
He plans to become one of the elite universal rappers as soon as he is released and with that, a new respect for West Coast rap game. I advise you to stay tuned!!!
