I love music. I think it is a great form of universal communication which transcends any language or culture. Everyone hears and appreciates something different and it is a medium through which an artist or composer may speak. I have played music since my early teens, starting with the Organ and then the guitar. I think that music is inspirational and can be most uplifting. Spaces between notes can convey as much as the notes themselves. I firmly believe that music should be accessible to all.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have played live in the past, particularly the classical guitar. Loved playing live as you can express the pieces in a subtly different way each time.
Your musical influences
Classical, Rock and anything which is well composed or played. I love Debussy and Satie because of their imagery. Einaudi has advanced that a step further, I believe. I also admire Jimmy Page and Jimi Hendrix for taking the Electric and other guitars to new levels as instruments. Julian Bream has also been a big influence with his musical brilliance.
What equipment do you use?
FL6 Producer with an Audigy 2 soundcard. I have a Casio L73 keyboard and Garritan Personal Orchestra Vsti.
I play an Ibanez custom Electric guitar and have a zoom GFX-707 pedal.
I also use Vox / Park amps as well as a Crafter semi-accoustic six string.
