My Attorney
My Attorney are a two-piece consisting of Andrew Gardiner (Vocals, Keys, Samples) and Andy Warmington (Guitar, Brass). We have played a handful of small gigs in Northern Ireland (Portrush) and have just finished recording a self-recorded and produced album. I would describe our music as songs you can take home to your parents before they take a dump in your sink
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Our Rasputin-esque ability to rise from the ashes like a pheonix from the flames and spout protentious, cliched metaphors (see above) has yet to fail us. Having passed the local test of being showered by fewer than three hundred coins/moderately heavy objects at live shows we proved our musical ability. Going back a little further we played in seperate bands in our teens before Andy joined the same band as Andrew and they continued to play music after the band stopped playing due to geographical differences. Going back further still we get into much existential philosophising and musing. Perhaps another time

Occasionally play in thr Portrush area of Northern Ireland
Your musical influences
A great many bands from the worlds of rock and electronica and seperately from experimental noise, motown, punk, new wave and 80s power ballads. You will hear practically none of these influences in My Attorney's songs
What equipment do you use?
Epiphone Les Paul, Various amps, Bach trumpet, Boosey & Hawkes cornet, Upright piano, Casio keyboard/synth, Korg Kaoss Pad. This would tend to form the backbone of our music although other instruments/samples are often used
