MUZIK
This band was formed by Murdoch Morrison, and myself(Bill Whitner), because we were tired of playing the same old, same old. We had been in a band together previously, and decided after 5 years to get together and play for fun. All of our songs are Improvisational songs so we have lots of feeling and soul in them, I hope you feel the same thing we were at the time also. About a year or so after we started to jam together again, we added Martin Steffen, guitarist, in to the mix. He was an old student of Murd's, so to speak. And this is our project. April 1, 2002, Murdoch was taken from us in a motorcycle accident, it is a loss that was and is still very hard for us, we just want the world to feel what Murdoch was saying through his music, and playing, because he was such an astounding musician.

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
No we didn't but we were gearing up to do so, just before Murd's death.

George Lynch, Joe Satriani, Rush, etc.
What equipment do you use?
Murd played a G&L s-500 Guitar, used boss pedals, and an amplifier he built himself, FROM SCRATCH.
Martin played a G&L Rampage thru a fender m-80 head
I play Tama superstars 1986 models, and use paiste cymbals, my effect was an alesis microverb, and my mikes were a gift from my lovely wife, shure sm- 57's, and beta 52's
