MUZAK (formally Mu3ac)
We are a 6 piece band. But were an 8 piece originally
We love making music together and have a definite leaning towards Rock and Roll and the Blues, but we have also developed quite an eclectic mix of music to perform. We usually play only twice a year, raising money for local charities.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We were formed in 2017 as a U3A group, hence our name, and by our love of Rock and Blues music, which we attempt to play.
We are all local to the Cheltenham area and are all members of the Bishops Cleeve U3A. Although we have now stopped our affiliation with the u3a hence our name change to MUZAK
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We have organised and performed at several events to raise funds for local charities, these were very well received and raised substantial funds for the charities
Your musical influences
We are influenced by many, and as there are 8 of us we have very diverse musical ideas. Peter Greens Fleetwood Mac, John Mayall, Eric Clapton, Chuck Berry, Status Quo, Tom Petty, Oasis and many more.
