Jack Trudel is a Nashville-based songwriter and musician. A recent transplant from San Francisco, Jack is also a music producer and publisher. He has not only arranged and co-produced songs for indie artists and labels but secured co-publishing and licensing deals both in the United States and abroad.
To date, Jack has written over 250 songs, with emphasis on pop, rock, and country. Over 200 artists across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America have recorded his songs. These artists include Anita Prime, Toby Humstad, Makenzie Phipps, Keren Gaiser, Jason Phillips Band, and P.J. Bennett.
Jack's Tracks have been performed in clubs and festivals, including SXSW. One song received radio airplay in 15 countries, while three were featured on a syndicated radio show in 21 countries. Another song appeared in the indie film "Killing Time" and earned recognition from Billboard's World Songwriting Contest.
Born and raised on American Top 40, Jack started writing songs at age 13. His approach often begins with a title or phrase, which sets the mood, shapes the melody, and drives the lyrics. Many songs lean into subtle humor and wordplay--layered with irony, satire, and the occasional double entendre.
Blending a storyteller's eye with a wordsmith's touch, Jack's Tracks include a diverse catalog of radio-ready songs, indie recordings, and unreleased material. While music and poetry are distinct art forms, Jack combines infectious melodies with poetic lyrics to connect with readers and listeners alike.
