My name is David Mallory. There are dozens of David Mallorys on the net so I go by the stage name Meglodave. This is a self deprecating name I gave myself over 25 years ago. I suffer from a form of erotomania. I have the mistaken belief that someone is in love with me and she gives me messages on the radio. I am aware of this but still Ive been unable to shake it. I know its faux pas, but as a method of coping, I have taken to making and listening to my own music using GarageBand. Most of my stuff is instrumental, but I have a few where I sing. I have a whole day worth of my own music to listen to. I Believe in Music was my first cover and the process of getting it liscensed made me rethink my game. Ive decided to post some of my music on another service where I can make it available for streaming services. This costs me a lot of money. Maybe something will happen idk. Right now downloads are free except my covers. Thank you for spending time on my site and thank you for listening. There is a lot here, I hope you find something you like.

Lyrics
Lyrics that would have gone to waste Forced by fate to cut and paste By an industry that doesn’t understand Welcome to the promising continued promised land Popeye was a genius Who kept his muscles large By eating all his spinach The captain of the barge That came from consuming idiots To be dumped on you and me While the one eyed monster Makes us too blind to see It’s not about being technical It’s all about your heart And whether you’ve arrived or not No matter where you start
