Artist picture
20 years deep in the craft - raw bars, real stories, and soul-driven hip-hop straight from the hills of West Virginia
I’m an underground rapper from Morgantown, WV, and I’ve been rapping, writing, and producing albums for over 20 years. My name’s a throwback to hip-hop’s roots when "def" meant excellent and an MC was more than just a rapper; he was a storyteller and a presence. My sound draws inspiration from East Coast artists like Nas, A Tribe Called Quest, and Lupe Fiasco. At the end of the day, I’m just here to make meaningful music that cuts through the noise and tells my story.

Lyrics
I’m Johnny on the spot with the money on the stock Keep shawty in the drop like Jenny from the Block You want to speak your mind? Here’s a penny for your thoughts I’m a different kinda problem, you can’t PEMDAS You speakin' to a king, I’ma dust gems off The only thing you bustin' is an old gym sock You say you droppin' rhymes, all I see is TikToks You afraid to commit, keep your lips Ziplocked Also kind of funny how you simp for them broads You meet 'em with a stammer, walk away with slim odds I hit 'em with the slammer, walk away with ten PAWGs That’s a whole lot of texts and a ton of missed calls I always hit a nerve, but I never hit pause I ain’t playing with the haters, got no time to trade barbs I stepped out on the scene, had a couple close calls Now I step into my power, make em cower - on God
