Daniel Person is the lone member and songwriter of the Christian band Influx.

Daniel Person is the lone member and songwriter of the Christian band Influx. Influx was born during my college years as a Freshman at Southern Wesleyan University and then expanded during my time at Clemson University. During the year 2016 I started serious recording efforts and recorded two albums one acoustic and one electric. All of my music is not on this site but on my Bandcamp 5 and on my Soundcloud page lies my complete discography. Some of the songs I made during this period were lost. Enjoy the songs that made it!

There was once a woman clothed with the blinding sun
The moon was beneath her feet and her name was Mary
A crown of 12 stars was all around her lovely head
She was pregnant and cried out in labor pains too great
She gave birth to a boy named Jesus Christ and He
Was the savior of the world and the Jewish people
He ruled all nations with an iron rod and then
He was snatched up to Heaven to be with God

Then there was war at the Heavenly Gates
The Angels fought against the great red Dragon
The Dragon lost the battle and
The Devil and his angels were forced out of Heaven
It has come at last-
Salvation and immense power
The Kingdom of our God and Christ
Will reign forever and ever Amen
The accuser of our brothers and sisters
Has been thrown down to earth
The one who accuses them
Before God day and night
They have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb!

When the dragon realized he had been thrown down
He pursued the woman the woman who given birth
She was given two wings like those of an eagle
She waited in the wilderness for God and man
The Dragon tried to drown the woman with swift waters
The Earth helped her by opening its mouth
It swallowed the river created by the great Dragon
The Dragon was angry and declared war against the woman

Then the dragon took his stand on the shore beside the sea
A beast rose up out of the sea
It had seven heads and ten horns and blasphemed God
The Beast looked like a Leopard but had the feet of a bear and mouth of a Lion!
And the Dragon gave this beast great authority
Then there was a great war on earth with some following the Beast
And others following God
But the Beast would not prevail

Then there was war at the Heavenly Gates
