Story behind the song
This fun, bouncy song encourages young ones to express themselves in a positive manner. When we're happy, we tend to want to dance or bounce and jump with some sort of excitement. My 1 year old loves music and singing and dancing, and while I played this song for her, she was able to understand the friendly instructions in this song to dance, bounce and jump. Her 3 year old brother, who's not into music as much, got inspired and did the same.
