Junk Culture; emerging like a Phoenix from the ashes of previous endeavours and past mistakes, start fresh, with a new sound, a new name, and a new ideal. That ideal being; to rock your fucking world. After a fortnight in Liverpool's Crash Studio's, the band throws together a set, and takes it to local Lomax, supporting LA rockers Four Star Mary. A night to become many, demo CD's had gone like hotcakes, and with autographs a plenty, Junk Culture’s wings were fully formed. Two years down the line, and a path full of crossroads, Junk Culture have declined the weary ways of major International Record companies, sticking to their guns and keeping the sound they know works. Signed under DI records, and under the wing of John Grant of Grant Management, Junk Culture is going places. Their first UK tour done and dusted, and their first official EP release, in stores as you read this, the Junk Culture bible is being written at an incredible rate. Blink and you’ll miss their rise to fame. And you’ll be sorry

Story behind the song
A relaxing element remains through this song, providing almost Jazz-type instrumentals, and yet holding the powerful rock feel. Mellow, calming vocals provide the main feel for this song, with a rhythmic backbone of bass and drums, sustaining a flow through the song, with scratchy matching guitars. ‘I Do’ tells the story of a moody yet romantic ballad of someone opening up their heart to the world, and to the person they are ready to give themselves to fully. The song depicts solidarity of emotion throughout, and a feeling of readiness to move forward into the future, head held high, proud that you’re alive.
