Lyrics
Some of em will go mad by the numbers Some of em will go mad by the word Some of em will pretend to lose reason And some of em will lose reason anyway. Some of em will go mad by the numbers Some of em will go mad by the sea Some of em on the highest pek mountain Some of em will go mad by degrees Chorus And oh she cries deliver me Oh she cries deliver me I got a life to live Some of em will never touch beauty Some of em will not see the truth Some of em will be called to duty And some of em will be lost in youth Some of em will go mad by the money Some of em will go made by their fame Some of em will bring this world honet And some of em will rise above this game Chorus Some of em wil llive for tomorrow Some of em only for today Some of them will bring this world sorrow Some of them will ighten the way CHorus

Thought provoking lyrics delivered with a very emotional effort. I liked the chord progression on this...it really supported the lyrical core. Good dynamics on this power folk tune.

Excellent song. I enjoy your vocal style and music. It is keeping the tradition of folk rock that has had a number of successful modern day artists, such as that likes of Bruce Springstein (the boss) and Bob Dylan, and many others. You're keeping alive that same kind of style and craft, that tells the stories that listeners connects with. This song and recording is an an excellent example of you're talent in folk rock. I really enjoyed listening to this recording and following the powerful lyrics.

I really like this version, the lyrics stand out and the music remains supportive of the lyrics which is the central essence of the song, very well done Roger.

Hey there RJ, "Deliver Me", a great title for a dark look ahead of those coming into this world and the sad side of what it has to offer, but I still see a little hope that you added in those lyrics.....It's a hard row to hoe, seeing what the future has to offer and bringing little ones into this world. You keep on warning, my friend....open eyes are always best!!!!! I love the melody of this one and your guitar playing is awesome, as well your vocal!!!!!!!! With respect, Wade
