Story behind the song
The first verse of the song is true. . .the other verses just fit the concept of 'waiting for the other shoe to drop". It's one of those songs that was pretty easy to write in comparison with actually trying to sing all the words fast enough to fit. I've had a few guys (only guys) ask me whether "CFM's" are a brand of shoe. . .I just reply 'yes. . .they are. . . .' Grateful thanks to KO for helping me with Advanced Shoe Terminology Research.
