Story behind the song
I had already recorded a version of this, but Mark liked it enough to want to do another version with him playing the bass part. I took advantage of the opportunity to make some tiny changes to the drum and guitar parts. This version is not exactly as we originally recorded it because I later overdubbed the guitar parts to get a better ambience on the harmonics. Even after all that effort, I still prefer the balance and tonality of the original version, but this is a 'cleaner' recording.
