Ya know when you pass a guy/girl on the street and you feel this "attraction" but you're just too shy to say anything? Most people just forget about it, but what if that was your soulmate?

One man and an acoustic guitar!
As America’s founding folk legends begin to fade, the call for a modern singer/songwriter is answered by Billy Brown. Personal Experiences, People, Poverty, Peace, Politics and Principals are the 6 keys to Billy's VI-P (or 6-P) songwriting formula.

Story behind the song
No... I don't work at some restaurant called Billy Burger, but this song is based on an experience I had. I don't even remember what she looked like, but I had one of those spine-tingling moments a long time ago when I saw this girl sitting across from me on the bus and I know she felt some sort of connection too, cuz we kept looking back at eachother. I never said anything and then I thought to myself "what if?". Who knows.. if I had said something, we might have ended up together for the rest of our lives. Not that I wanted that at the time, but if we HAD met, things just might have been different! Don't be affraid to try!
Lyrics
WHAT IF Music & Lyrics: Billy Brown Copyright 2003 Badnewz-Goodtunes It was a Wednesday in the rain That's when we played I took your order from the drive-thru window And you took my breath away A quarter-pounder with a root beer Baby, would you like some fries with that? I thought I saw you smile, but you could've been Laughing at my Billy Burger hat I just wanted to say Can you meet me in an hour And we'll both run away What if we did? If you could've said one more thing What would it be? If only I had thought to do the same You might still be with me But, now my shift is over and the sun has set On the best of better days I wonder if you would've given me your number So that I can call you up someday? Damn, I wish I could go back and say I don't know who you are But, if you want to love me We can leave today
