This song was beautifully sung by a beautiful lady, Janelle Sando.
Many thanks, Janelle!
I tend to favor thick, passionate arrangements. You may hear various other flavors besides Pop, like classical and jazz, but you're not likely to hear much coun

Story behind the song
This tells the story of the forgiven adulteress (John 8:1-11) from the perspective of a woman who is witnessing the events as they unfold. It is one of my favorite stories in the Bible, as it highlights the mercy and grace of our Lord, Jesus Christ. In the chorus, she quotes what she hears the adulteress say in response to Jesus.
Lyrics
VERSE
All around her, whispers urging to condemn
Hoping just to hear two words from this One among them
What will He say?
Her very life quivers in His hand
VERSE
The man is silent. Inside it?s tearing her apart
But then He stands up and speaks of things that tear into their hearts
One by one they walk away and the man He asks her
"Where have they gone? Is no one left to accuse?"
CHORUS
?No, Lord. There?s no one left but you and me.?
?Oh ? no, Lord. I can?t believe this mercy that I see in you, Lord, in you.?
VERSE
Always searching, never finding love to feed her soul
A stranger?s backdoor fed empty hope with passions that they stole
She could never have dreamt that real love could see all that she is,
What?s she?s done ? and while deserving death set her free
CHORUS
?No, Lord. There?s no one left but you and me.
Oh ? no, Lord. I cant? believe this grace I see in you ? oh Lord, in you.?
BRIDGE
I?ve always heard that no one is above the Law
How can it be? This one man is above it all?
The Law brought death, but this man, He brings to us life! (interlude/solo)
"Where have they gone? Is no one left to accuse?"
CHORUS
?No, Lord. There?s no one left but you and me.
Oh ? no, Lord. I cant? believe this mercy that I see.?
CHORUS
?No, Lord. There?s no one left but you and me.
Oh ? Lord, Jesus, by your love you set us free in you.?
Great song! Only 1 minor suggestion. The snare has too much reverb on it. Sounds like an Alesis drum sample. Still....great song!!!! God bless you, and I mean it!!!
