Performing a mix of country with a touch of rock and some blues too. Original heartfelt lyrics.
Kim Robben comes from a musical family. Several family members have performed at the Grand Ole Opry, so its little wonder that music runs in her blood. Kim joined her family's country band at the age of 15. She later married a violinist and raised a family. Kim began singing again during her second marriage, in which her in-laws wanted Kim to run karaoke events in the bar they owned. Kim later moved with her husband to Maine, where she joined a group called "The Natives". They performed mostly private parties until her husband's job called for a move to Virginia. She now lives in Ohio, and concentrates fully on her music. She collaborates with other virtual performers, writing her own music as well as lyrics. She is working on recording some of her original material, as well as performing live, under the name Kim Seifert, over streaming media, including concerts in the virtual world of Second Life. Kim said this of her music "...Really it is all about letting go, letting go of what is inside you, be it good, bad or whatever, and letting it come out in your voice." Kim is managed by MUSIC NOT POLITICS

Story behind the song
At a show, a gentleman told me that he like my attitude. He had sat in the back at a table all night watching. This one was begging to be written.
Lyrics
She walked into the corner bar, same as always Started singing her tunes again up on that stage He walked in and went to the bar Ordered scotch then he lit a cigar Sat down in the darkest booth and he started to listen Well he sat there all night long listening to her sound Waited til she was done then he bought her a round He said you sure got it going on There’s just one thing missing in your song And if you got time for a little advice I’d like to tell you He said you got a good sound oh ya know you do but you gotta reach deep in your soul Grab the feelings that mean the most to you and set em out there for show…like this Toodle do doden do do do, toodle do doden da da ooh ow…ya tude…he said girl you need tude. Toodle do doden do do do, toodle do doden da da ooh ow…ya tude…he said girl go find you some tude. Well she thought about all he said and she started to wonder Looked around at the empty bar and it said something to her She closed her eyes and started to dream About all the things she’d seen She faced her heart and let it all come out in her song Repeat Chorus And that’s exactly what she did…she said (scat)
