Story behind the song
God truly has our back, even when we make mistakes. He sees through our bad choices and instead of condemning us, He wants us to trust Him to guide us. He is not sitting in the sky enjoying our suffering and waiting for us to mess up. Like someone who truly loves and accepts you and wants what's best for you, they try to help you, which can sometimes be painful, but always in your best interest. I have read He is a gentleman and He will not force Himself on us, we need to call on Him and He will be there in His way.
