I wanted to test my creative ability to use instruments not commonly found in hip-hop tracks to prove that hip-hop could be more than the typical simple drumloops and one-dementional melodies. It's a little arrogant of me, but I felt the hip-hop you hear on the radio needs a lesson in music education and creativity.
