Story behind the song
There were many friends that I made in college that reflected God's love. So many times I failed at being a true friend - but everytime - these "friends" always accepted, forgave and forgot. They continually were there on the outside of the problems with open arms. It's the same with God...I failed him so many times - but just like the Prodigal's father - he's on the outside of the situation with His beautiful grace. So this song is a tribute and thanks to my friends and to my awesome Father!
