grew up listening to all different types of music and my favorite genre is always changing. I have phases where I listen to more rock, or more R&B, or more Christian... but that is because at the core I love all music. I have played the piano for nine years and just recently ended lessons, however I still write with it. Watching Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and Celine Dion (THE VOICES) growing up, I knew that was what my dream career would be. At the moment I am studying Spanish and Modern Languages, my other passion, but I still pursue music cause it is a release. I performed in my church band for years and recorded my first demo (which my piano teacher did for me) in 2005. That was a big step. I was born and raised in a suburb outside of Chicago where I developed my passion for music. As years went on, I got more and more of a grasp of where my musical niche was.
