It's really an expirament with different effects and approach, but it was held back until after "What Happened to Lyricless?" was released. By then, beef was dead.
It was also done to fuck with the idea of "Beware of the Boys", the Punjabi MC song, instead of being scared of some crew... Beware of Deez Nuts!.
