Story behind the song
This is a song I wrote for all people who work way too much.
Lyrics
(Part A) Ever had the feeling that you’ve been in the house to long? You been working so much overtime that you’ve been dreaming about the job. There comes a time when you know it’s time to go out, and see what’s going on in the outside world. It’s Friday night, you look at your watch it’s 8:45 PM, so you take a shower, and wonder… So you stop in a club to check out a band with a cool name. You ease in, trying to keep a low profile as you scan he half full crowd. The sound check is making people groove. (Part B) As the house music comes on you slide over to the bar, get the bartenders attention, and order a Klula and cream. So far so good. No more deciphering subliminal corporate hierarchies tonight.
