I know who I am and I rap about shit that I know. I rap about shit that I care about, shit that I'm paranoid about, shit that pisses me off. Sometimes I rhyme just to rhyme. I'm big on analyzing rhymes, rhyme structure, how different MCs ride beats, different types of wordplay etc. Honestly, I primarily rhyme for myself, cuz its how I get shit out--I decided to put my shit out there based on the positive feedback I've gotten from a few live performances, battles, flowing at parties, etc. I've won studio time from battles and I've gotten different producers throwin beats my way, but I'm a picky bastard. I know my style, dont hand me a beat made for lil jon or MOP. I like that shit, but that doesnt mean that I'd try and be that shit.I do battle and I've fucked up my fair share of MCs along the way, but I would rather rhyme about nuclear war, video games and painkillers than fucking your mom. but if it comes down to it, i will fuck your mom.

Story behind the song

This shit was basically written in response to the fakes and amateurs I came across battling.  Fuckers that I just demolished lyrically would come up to me, give props and slip in some bullshit excuse like 'yeah shit would be different if all your boys weren't here cheerin' (meanwhile I knew maybe one guy there, usually the bartender. if that.) or my favorite--'you know you won cuz you white.'  not even fucking joking: a white kid said that to me once.  the difference is he said 'you know you won because your SO white.'  like the oh so racist group of multiracial hip hop heads in the club would cheer the loudest, not for who was lyrically superior, but who was more sickly pale than the other.  try again puss.
