the bunkbeds are jim higgins and the occasional guest players. home made indy rock lofi musings that doesn't take itself to seriously best describes the music and the band. everything recorded at home all on cheap n nasty equipment. the ultimate bedroom band. of late i have found myself collaborating with musicians the world over, predominantly with lyrics and vocals so if you have a tune banging around that you cant come up with lyrics for send it my way and i'll see if i can help.

Story behind the song
i get e mails from around the world asking me what a particular song was about, the problem is sometimes i don't know what they are about as a lot of my lyrics are stream of thought, uno just sing the first thing that comes into your head and hope it makes sense or even rhymes. so this song was inspired by all these emails. give it a listen you might like it you might hate it you might even understand it.
