MissChiviss has been rappin’ since age 13. All through growing up as an only child in a single parent family, surviving Portland streets, juvie, and attempts of the system trying to take her from her mom, she rapped. Coming out of Hillcrest Juvenile Prison in 1996, she had her GED and a will to succeed. She started rappin’ on her pager and developed a fan basis. She released her first single, “Hustlin’ in the Rain” with her group Infiniti in 1997. Since then she has gone solo and has been featured on many other albums, compilations, and mix tapes. In 1999 she bought a beat machine and started her own production company. Her heavy bass line and knockin' rhythm is a trademark west coast sound. She has produced tracks for T-Nutty, Marvaless, Kazy D, Bullet, and many more. In 2002 she performed on the Jenny Jones Show and was featured in Xplosive Magazine. She also acted in a commercial for Mack Sean’s album with E40, B-Legit, Suga T, and Little Bruce. In 2003 she performed in a 13 state tour which included the Kazy D promo tour, and the Lynch by Inch Suicide Tour with Brotha Lynch Hung. She has also performed with Bizzy Bone, 3x Crazy, Yuckmouth, C-Bo, Marvaless, and many others. MissChiviss has a wide range of vocabulary. Her lyrical content consists of personal experience developed and influenced by city street living. With her classy, sassy, sexy, but “MissChiviss” image, she steals the show every time. MissChiviss is 25 years old. She has taken 1 years of college music courses, and is continuing her education in business and marketing. She now runs her own recording studio and plans to start a record label as well as being an artist and producer.
