Rubiphlox specialise in meandering vocal melodies over both acoustic and electronic backdrops. Ruth (vocals/flute/keyboards) and Tobi (guitar/audio programmer/producer) are influenced by many sounds and colours from guitar based My Bloody Valentine to the electronics of Bjork. This studio based duo is more of a side-project for Ruth and Tobi who make 2/3 of the band Human Beings (see www.soundclick.com/humanbeings).
